Today, our leading Managed Ad Services (MAS) platform is helping nearly one thousand developers improve their monetization. Our goal for 2021 is scaling the platform for 10,000 games.
We need an experienced mobile game Ad Monetization Expert to help us grow ad revenue for our partner games.

What does success look like?
Publishers rely on ad monetization to support their business. As our Ad Monetization Expert, success will be measured by your ability to analyze data and implement changes to customers’ ad strategies that lead to an increase in revenue.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Monitor, analyze ad revenue data trends and keep track of revenue KPIs
- Manage a portfolio of premium/high value MAS customers
- Become a leading subject matter expert in mobile in-app ad monetization
- Monitor and Optimize Ad Revenue, eCPM, Impressions and Fill rates among live Ad network partners through:
- Segmenting users to optimize Ad targeting
- Running A/B tests to optimize ad network-based monetization efforts
- Proposing improvements and innovative ways to the Product team on how to integrate new ad-types, Offer Wall or VIP system formats better in our games
- Other day-to-day yield optimization techniques across all monetization partners
- Manage existing and create new business relationships with ad network partners, from on-boarding to post-integration
- Benchmark/Evaluate Ad networks to be used based on monetization potential, integration constraints
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders (Data Analysts, Product teams, etc.)
- Consistently play our games and competitor games to discover new ad revenue growth opportunities
Must-have skills:
- Ability to understand complex data and translate it into results;
- Background in ad monetization or ad optimization strategies;
- Experience managing, growing, and optimizing Banner, IV, and RV ad-types through iOS and Android platform;
- 2-3 years of relevant experience especially on ads revenue optimization/ad network relationship management for a media/gaming company;
- Advanced and proactive understanding of the technical flow of the mobile programmatic advertising ecosystem, including networks, SSPs, and ad servers;
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (80% of communication & interaction), and ability to work cross-functionally to align on goals;
- Proven account management and negotiation skills;
- Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets.
