Acquisition Manager

### SUMMARY
Gunzilla Games is looking for an Acquisition Manager. As a part of the marketing team you will build and propagate new methods and learning that scale user acquisition globally across audiences and channels.
### RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strategies for scaling and optimizing our product acquisition campaigns to drive installs/registrations
- Build strategies for scaling and optimizing web acquisition campaigns to drive necessary subscriptions/revenue
- Conceptualize and implement optimization strategies to meet and exceed volume goals while considering retention implications
- Drive media agency relationship, effective media plans & daily execution of acquisition campaigns based on budget and goals
- Manage an intricate experimentation roadmap including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests
- Analyze and optimize current paid media campaigns on daily basis to deliver better ROI/KPI
- Measure the performance of the traffic sources from an ROI perspective
- Develop necessary reporting and monitoring procedures to articulate program/project status to leadership, team and stakeholders.
- Stay on top of latest user acquisition industry trends and best practices.
- Work with creative materials for different platforms
- Act as a liaison with other internal departments with vested interest in product advancements
### REQUIREMENTS
- English language fluency is a must
- Over 3 years of experience in paid media campaigns planning and management
- Practical experience integrating components that enable Digital user acquisition including pricing, content, paid campaigns
- Sales development skills, being able to identify commercial opportunities and shape them into initiatives/projects
- Familiarity with core e-Commerce and CRM marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Understanding of target audience behavior
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads, Programmatic networks
- Experience in subscription marketing
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with remarketing, affiliation, and email campaigns creation and management
- Knowledge of the principles of SEO and SEM
- Strong overall expertise in digital marketing
- High emotional intelligence, creativity, and an ability to build great relationships
- Highly driven, with excellent communication skills and results-oriented work ethic
