Accounting Specialist

Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.

We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Milan as part of our multi-country accounting team.

The Accounting Specialist will report to the Regional Accounting Manager - South Europe and will support the team.

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for the customer invoicing and will take care, among other activities, of:

- creating and approving invoices daily using BPS system

- reviewing, approving and creating credit notes when required

- working closely with all the Project Managers ensuring accuracy of billing

- answering and solving all clients/PMs/ queries

- posting AR invoice daily using Oracle Netsuite for different currencies: EUR, USD, GBP

- applying cash daily using Oracle Netsuite

- assisting with monthly close process and month end reconciliations

Requirements

Technical Skills

• At least 3 years of proven working experience in Accounting or Administration in any European country
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• English intermediate
• Diploma/Degree in Administrative Field

Initial fixed-term contract for 12 months - with effective possibility to become permanent
