Accounting Assistant

Are you an Accounting Assistant who thrives in creative work environments? Good, because we honestly believe it doesn’t get more vibrant and exciting than Guerrilla, the Sony PlayStation studio behind the Killzone and Horizon franchises, based in central Amsterdam.

Who we are

In this role, you will collaborate with the wider Finance team. You'll report to Guerrilla’s Financial Controller, who will rely on your self-starter mindset and proactive attitude to help us level up our team. On a regular basis you will work together with other departments to support them with purchases or questions on expenditures.

What you will do

In this role you can expect to;

• Ensure purchases are settled on time and with all necessary control
• Support the organization with purchasing and managing spend
• Manage AP invoice processing (outsourced with a third party supplier)
• Offer diverse administrative and training support to Finance, HR & Office (preparing manual payments, vendor requests, invoicing, SAP for PO’s & GR’s, accounting and tax processing and timesheets)
• Prepare monthly review of PO status
• Post local bank entries and credit card statements
• Support the accounting and planning team with analyzing spend and expected spend

Who you are

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in similar role within a corporate finance team
• Have good knowledge of Excel, SAP experience is a plus
• You strive for data excellence and have a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable with providing guidance to colleagues on systems and processes
• Have an MBO (or similar) in Accounting
• Are a good communicator in English and Dutch
• Are able to work in the EU without restrictions
• Have a background that adds to the diversity of Guerrilla’s team
