Accounting Assistant - Intern

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for an intern to join our finance team in Taiwan for 6 months. This individual will be working for 20 hours per week, and will report to the finance manager.

Responsibilities

• Review employee expense reports in Oracle and check supporting document per company policy
• Gather PO/invoice from the requestor, review supporting documents, check invoice is signed by function head and goods/service is received in system
• Input invoices to Oracle
• Match PO and update invoiced amount in system
• Filing payment documents Various ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Current seniors in university with a related field
• Knowledge of local statutory, tax, and authorities requirements
• Well interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Fluent in traditional Chinese, working level proficiency in English
• Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint, and Word
• Independent, autonomic, respect process, trustworthy, stress resistant, and able to multi-task
• Ability to exposure on financial reporting and business support

Pluses

• Knowledge of Oracle application
• Knowledge of local statutory tax and accounting standards
• Good interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint, and Word
• Independent, autonomic, respect process, trustworthy, stress resistant, and able to multi-task
