Senior Accountant

Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Within the Finance team, reporting to the Accounting Manager, together with the rest of the team you will manage supplier, customer accounts, and bank assignments. Also, within the team, a strong involvement is expected during the monthly closing process.

Responsabilities

• In charge of monthly reporting and annual financial statements production and documentation
• Have full ownership on your accounting scope and liase with the Controlling team
• Guarantee the reliability of the accounting and analytical P&L
• Meet our tax obligations
• Active participation in the run of the service : handling customers and suppliers accounts with the entry of invoices, payments, follow-up and provisions
• Be a business partner to key stakeholders in onboarding new business activities according to accounting best practices and be proactive in constantly improving the processes
• Lead ad hoc Finance projects

Profile

• Master degree with a significant experience in auditing or accounting (cabinet or listed company)
• Analytical, good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable
• Rigorous, accurate, high level of attention to detail
• Flexible, creative, responsive, able to take initiative, open to learning, and capable of constant self-reassessment
• Able to work within systems and procedures, work effectively in a small team environment involving the sharing of information, and at times sharing workloads
• Familiar with monthly reporting routine
• Mastered French Gaap
• Confortable with the Office suite, including Excel
• Nice to have : Have a previous experience on accounting software : SAP by Design
