Junior Accounting Specialist

Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.

We're looking for a Jr Accounting Specialist to join our team in Milan as part of our multi-country accounting team.

The Junior Accounting Specialist will report to the Regional Accounting Manager - South Europe and will support the team.

He/she will take care of:

▪ Customer/Vendor set-up

▪ Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices

▪ Ensure all supporting documents are complete for invoice entry

▪ Working closely with all the Project Managers ensuring accuracy of billing

▪ Have the ability to effectively communicate with team members across different office locations

▪ Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies

▪ Set up regular payments

▪ Cash payment allocation

▪ Perform bank reconciliation

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 1-2 years of proven working experience in Accounting or Administration in any European country
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• English intermediate
• Fluent in French
• Diploma/Degree in Administrative Field
