Accountant (Initial Fixed Term with possibility for permanent)

Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.

Role Overview

The Accountant will be inserted in the central multi- lingual accounting team operating from Milan and supporting subsidiaries in different countries.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for the customer invoicing and will take care, among other activities, of:

• creating and approving invoices for different subsidiaries
• reviewing, approving and creating credit notes when required
• posting AR invoice daily using Oracle Netsuite for different currencies
• applying cash daily using Oracle Netsuite
• assisting with monthly close process and month end reconciliations

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 3-5 years of proven working experience in Accounting
• Excellent MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills
• Fluent in English (C1/C2)
• Degree in Administrative Field
