Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.

We're looking for an Accountant to join our team in Milan as part of our multi-country accounting team. The Accountant will report to the Regional Accounting Manager - South Europe and will support the team.

He/she will take care of:

Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data

Ensure all supporting documents are complete for invoice entry

Have the ability to effectively communicate with team members across different office locations

Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies

Cash payment allocation

Perform bank reconciliation

Requirements

Technical Skills

At least 4 years of proven working experience in Accounting in any European country
Excellent MS Excel skills
English C1
Diploma/Degree in Administrative Field
Russian mother tongue (plus)

Initial fixed-term contract for 12 months - with effective possibility to become permanent
