Accountant (2 year temporary contract, potential to become permanent)

Job Description

Your role

As an Accountant you will actively participate in all daily accounting and financial operations of the company. You will work closely with the Financial Planning Manager & Financial Controller and provide administrative support to other Studio staff members.

The position is a temporary replacement with potential to become permanent position

Your daily adventure

KEEP DAILY AND ACCURATE RECORDING
of the business transactions in the ERP system according to IFRS and NFRSSME

BE IN CHARGE OF RECEPTION AND FILING OF INVOICES
and related documentation, ensuring all invoices for the respective month are received on time

ENSURE CORRECT ASSETS BOOKKEEPING
and support annual inventory

MANAGE CASH AND BANK REGISTER
while ensuring correct bank reconciliation

MAINTAIN THE VAT PROCESS
Support VAT declaration and VAT reimbursement processes, prepare VAT protocols

SUBMIT STATISTICS
on a monthly and quarterly basis

MANAGE THE BUSINESS TRIPS ORDERS PROCESS
Be in charge of the process and manage it autonomously

SUPPORT THE PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
and help with information requested by auditors

PREPARE PRE-PAID EXPENSES
and follow up with them

ASSIST IN THE FINANCIAL RECONCILIATION PROCESS
Help the Financial Planning Manager & Financial Controller

UPHOLD THE TIMELY PAYMENT TO SUPPLIERS
and the acquiring of the necessary purchasing documentation (invoices, supporting documentation)

KEEP UP TO DATE
with the local and international accounting legislation

PROTECT ORGANIZATION’S VALUE
by keeping information confidential

Qualifications

Your skills

EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience in accounting for 2-5 years, preferably within a multinational company

KNOWLEDGE
University Degree in the financial/accounting area (Accounting / Finance/)
Strong knowledge of the local accounting and fiscal legislation
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software

AUTONOMOUS
Ability to work independently
Serious, reliable and responsible person

RESULTS-ORIENTED
Problem-solver with analytical thinking

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Collaborate effectively with other team members
Very good command of English

ENTHUSIASM
Desire and motivation to develop professionally in а multicultural creative team

Advantages
