Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial - RMG, the successful candidate will be assigned several key partner accounts, Jurisdictions, assuming responsibility for building lasting relationships that translate into increased revenues generated through our iGaming product offerings.What You'll Do
The Account Manager will be responsible for increasing Aristocrat’s and business revenues and will be proactive, persistent, and creative in engaging with the partner. Candidate will be involved in business matters, technical projects, new product concepts, marketing, and delivery via proprietary means. Candidate will cultivate new business engagement with our industry-wide network, to the biggest names in online gaming where gaming is legal.
The role will include the full lifecycle of sales management including managing day to day activities of partners and cultivating new opportunities. Qualified candidates will possess the sales skills needed including speaking in public, presenting on products, management of legal contracts, and sales closing activities. This candidate will be expected to cultivate the relationship with the partner across the Aristocrat iGaming business and be a Leader with a pragmatic, well organized, data-driven, and excellent communication approach.
What We're Looking For
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Continually optimize Aristocrat’s RMG 360 degree commercial, promotional, and on-site content proposition for customers against relevant KPIs
- Identify and develop business opportunities with Aristocrat’s customers by upselling and cross-selling products, features, content, marketing, promotional, and new market opportunities
- Provide ongoing Account Management to assigned customers
- Achieve annual revenue targets and have the ability to forecast accurately
- Lead in-depth Monthly/Quarterly performance reporting, QBR's, while providing insight and recommendations with regard to strategy/focus points to Aristocrat’s customers
- Ensure educated delivery of both marketing and technical documentation
- Manage and prioritize operators’ daily issues in conjunction with internal support functions
- Identify and coordinate training requirements
- Support product pipeline prioritization from a commercial value perspective, and contribute to decisions concerning the continuous improvement of Aristocrat’s RMG products and services, providing input where necessary from an overarching commercial strategy perspective
- Regular travel up to 60%

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in similar commercial role/s in the gaming industry (either Sports or Casino) or similar technology based high-growth industries, is highly advantageous
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role including large account management
- A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results
- Core detailed account management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A passion for online gaming
- Strategic and business driven
- Strong networking skills
- Understand technology/delivery principles at an elevated level
- Experience in data driven decision making and curious to always dig deeper for better insight
- Project management skills
- Confident presentation skills to deliver with gravitas
- Understanding of legal agreements relative to e-gaming
- Experience and ability to manage complex negotiations
- Must have already or have the ability to obtain a valid passport.
