Account Manager, Enterprise Sales

The Account Manager, Enterprise Sales position is responsible to sell, manage and optimize business relations and partnerships in Key Enterprise Markets against specified business KPI’s. This will be by building relationships, increasing loyalty and providing customers with the most relevant, personalized, and highest impact business solutions. The role will include pre-sales funnel management, as well as post-sales account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary account representative and sales contact for interactions with customers advising on the best solutions and services to exceed their expectations
- Work closely with partners to optimize strategy and ensure KPI targets are met
- Collaborate with team members to effectively execute territory management and increase customer revenue/ retention
- Distributing and presenting information to customers about upcoming releases and opportunities
- Leverage relationships and industry knowledge to create or assess opportunities and meet set sales objectives
- Establishing and maintaining effective key account relationships
- Acting as intermediary between internal departments and customers
- Acting as escalation point for customers for any issues, and drive resolution action
- Providing root-cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and execution of solutions
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Company solutions according to customers’ needs and objectives
- The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations
- Attends industry conferences and networking events as a representative of Magic Leap, and to answer questions from customers, or partners
Qualification
- Bachelors Educational background in a related field is preferred
- 5+ experience in Enterprise Sales and/or Account Management
- Previous experience in a similar position preferably in AR/VR and/or technology solutions
- A passion for strong sales, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to build trust, strong social and people skills
- Sound commercial acumen, understanding of ROI and an analytical approach
- Strong communication and written ability in English is essential
- Proficiency with Google Office Suite, such as Sheets and Slides
- Responsible and reliable, excellent team player
- Works well in ambiguity and entrepreneurial spirit
- Be presentable, willing to travel and work outside of normal office hours
- Role is remote anywhere in U.S.
