Account Management Intern (Spring 2021)

Our Los Angeles Publishing team is looking for a motivated and client centric Account Management Intern to join our team for the Spring 2021 semester. As an Account Management Intern, you will partner directly with our Manager of Publishing to further develop our vendor partner relations. This is a great internship opportunity for students interested in learning more about publishing within the mobile gaming space and getting hands- on experience in working directly between marketing, creative, and publishing teams. Our Spring 2021 Program will be entirely online.
Internship Program Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate university program in the U.S. during the Spring 2021 semester and able to intern remotely through April 2021.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a part-time basis during the Spring 2021 semester. Visa sponsorship is not available for our internship positions.
- Be able to work on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week)
- Deadline to apply for our Spring 2021 program is December 1, 2020
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Create & maintain promotional calendar with key holidays that teams should be focused on for updates and events (US and Tier 1 markets)
- Handle asset requests from partners for co-marketing support
- Work with game teams to gather pitch materials for key updates/new launches
- Track featured placement & organic install lift
- Keep a pulse on what competitive games are being featured and identify why
WHO YOU ARE:
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate college program in the U.S. during the Spring 2021 semester (February 1 - April 9)
- Be able to work on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week)
- Client-centric. You enjoy working with vendor partners and approach each relationship as an opportunity to further our partnership and the growth of our business while maintaining our clients' needs top of mind.
- Detail-oriented and well organized. You are obsessed with staying on top of assignments and tasks while using tools such as a calendars and to do lists.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Preferred for students to be coming from a Business or Marketing major / program
About Jam City’s Internship Program:
Jam City’s Spring 2021 Digital Internship Program will take place from February 1 - April 9, 2021 and will be entirely remote. Students can expect a paid, part-time (10 - 20 hours per week) internship working alongside Jam City’s business and studio development teams. Within internships, students gain valuable insights into our products, players, and industry. Our program allows students to work on impactful projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and develop problem solving skills through real hands on experiences.
