What You'll Do
- Manage and establish new partnerships with planning, buying, and strategy teams with both brands and agencies to evangelize Mobcrush in the market and drive revenue
- Deliver against a specific ad sales revenue target for a list of accounts
- Generate RFP opportunities through meetings and constant correspondence with target accounts
- Take a consultative, strategic approach to identify client needs and create custom solutions accordingly
- Act as digital content storyteller and sales consultant advising brands on live streaming strategies across social platforms
- Collaborate and communicate interdepartmentally to contribute to strategic opportunities and possibilities
- Provide meaningful marketplace feedback on Mobcrush’s offerings
- Develop excellent client relationships at all levels by displaying a positive, enthusiastic approach in all client contact (meetings, events, etc) What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in digital content sales (influencer marketing experience a plus)
- Understanding of digital advertising, brand content sales, and influencer space in both large media companies as well as startup atmospheres - gaming knowledge a plus
- Roster of client agency relationships, particularly targeting a male, millennial audience
- Ability to create and maintain thriving and lasting strategic brand partnerships amidst an ever changing landscape
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to pitch complex integrated video advertising solutions to top decision makers
- Ability to communicate in an organized, transparent manner internally Entrepreneurial spirit and scrappiness
