Summary:
Age of Learning is seeking to hire a Sales Executive into our Schools Division who will be reporting to the National Sales Director. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our other Sales leaders on building out our world class schools' business. This individual will assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with our growth goals and field sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business throughout the calendar year
- Build and maintain a strong business pipeline
- Negotiate and manage proposals to ensure scalable sales activity
- Develop and Maintain expertise of AofL Mastery product line with the ability to inform, present, and converse with fluency with customers at all levels.
- Deliver high quality discussions and presentations that address customer needs
- Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including Superintendents, Department Heads, Teachers, Curriculum Directors, and other influential contacts.
- Conduct customer facing meetings onsite at School Districts
- Actively participate in the Customer Success Management process
- Work with cross-functional teams to strategically develop and build an AofL presence in the school’s marketplace.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the industry, trends, and competition.
- Achieve personal sales targets and annual revenue targets
- Accurately track all selling activity in Salesforce and actively participate in regular pipeline review meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven success in consistently exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Sales Management Software
- The ability to travel 50%
- Excellent written, verbal skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling in the education market
- Experience selling to districts with the assigned region
- Salesforce experience
