The Global Partnerships team works with 2K’s key partners, including the NBA, WWE, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and global brands, to drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. Our team is a partner-focused group that is looking for self-starters who have account management experience and a passion for games. Our MO is to drive incremental revenue, execute high-level company projects, and find new and exciting ways to get our games into the hands of players all over the world!

We are seeking an extremely organized and driven individual who can work closely with existing external partners like Nike, Gatorade, Snickers and Twitch and will seek out new partners and revenue opportunities in the digital space throughout the EMEA region. The ideal candidate should embrace a constantly changing environment and be an ambitious self-starter who has the ability to multitask on simultaneous high-level projects and pitches, think intelligently on the fly and has a proven track record in seeking out, closing and executing digital sales and promotions.
What You Will Do:
- Seek out new clients to pitch advertising and promotional opportunities within the 2K video game universe, with the ultimate goal of bringing in incremental revenue and value for 2K video game titles
- Contact existing and past clients to foster relationships, understand their upcoming needs and educate them on the benefits and new opportunities in partnering with 2K
- Develop a coherent sales strategy and impactful pitch materials
- Work closely with Development and Marketing teams to execute all elements of the agreed upon campaigns
- Develop and share comprehensive recap reports for partners and identify areas of improvement for future campaigns
- Communicate in a highly efficient and professional manner internally across all 2K departments and externally with current and prospective partners
- Keep a meticulous record of campaigns, contacts and best practices

2K is looking for an Account Manager of Media Partnerships to lead efforts in EMEA who has a love for video games and will be driven to grow and expand 2K’s business. Our team culture is fast paced and goal oriented on growing the success of our company and producing the best quality products for our consumers. We are looking for someone to join our team who possesses the confidence and experience to negotiate strong deals for 2K, effectively sell advertising opportunities within video games and seeking out beneficial promotions to grow the presence of all 2K IP. The role is a challenging one, especially in the crowded digital advertising space, but video games are a unique outlet for brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand his or her media sales and partnerships experience at a leading video game company.
- 3-5 years of experience in media sales or partnerships, preferably in the sports, gaming or digital space
- Passion for videogames, sports, media partnerships and digital sales
- Ability to communicate effectively, with strong oral and written skills
- Experience creating proposals, pitching and closing deals in high pressure environments
- Disciplined and organized, with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced and pressure-filled sales environment that is comfortable cold-calling and seeking out leads
- Strong negotiator with proven track record
- Team player with the ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work with multiple clients simultaneously and effectively
- Proficiency in technical areas, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and to synthesize complex information to provide efficient summaries and updates for relevant stakeholders, including senior management
- Relationships with media agencies, advertising networks and premium brands in EMEA. The ideal candidate will possess the confidence and knowledge to negotiate deals with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies, media agencies and digital advertising companies
- Knowledge of current practices and range of market rates in the digital advertising space
