Organic Growth Manager

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day.

SciPlay is looking for an Organic Growth Manager to join our Marketing team. In this position, you will be part of a team that is responsible for growing SciPlay’s Apps organic visibility within the different app stores and web browsers. The manager will conduct ASO strategies on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and practice SEO skills on web browsers including mobile web.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in depth keyword research that includes localized keywords research, discovery, and expansion of keyword opportunities
• Optimize content for our brands in app stores and websites
• Practice competitive analysis
• Execute A/B tests and analyze data
• Optimize store listing creatives
• Monitor Search rankings on the app stores and web SERP
• Work closely with the games’ marketing teams to communicate the ASO strategy
• Develop On Site & Off Site techniques

Requirements

• Analytical mind with the ability to spot patterns and trends
• Creative thinker
• Great personal and presentation skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong background in Excel, statistical knowledge is appreciated
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written – a must!
• Experience in SEO – must, gaming industry experience - advantage
• Extensive knowledge in technical SEO, local SEO and HTML
• Extensive knowledge in link building
• Extensive knowledge in SEO and ASO and analytics tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, AppAnnie, Adjust, Tableau
• SEM experience – advantage
