What is this job all about?

The Growth Team has been playing a significant role in the company's performance & we are looking to strengthen the team with an ASO Specialist . In this role, you will be creating a textual and visual representation of our games in mobile stores, optimizing it through A/B experiments, and keeping control over a steady inflow of quality organic traffic.

The role will be part of the Growth team, and you will work closely with our product team / UA and graphic designers on implementation, placements, technical aspects, and reporting.

What will you be doing?

• Analyzing game performance in the Google Play Store, AppStore and more;
• Increasing organic traffic of our games;
• Planning the visual presentation of games in mobile stores (icons, screenshots, etc.) and cooperating with graphic designers;
• Creating game descriptions in mobile stores;
• Optimizing and updating both text and visual metadata of mobile stores;
• Preparing A/B tests to identify the most effective elements of the store on different markets;
• Preparing reports on taken optimization actions;
• Preparing pitches for seasonal promotions to our partners from the Google Play, App Store and more;
• Collaborating with our partners on various projects in regards to organic traffic.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of organic traffic and main KPIs in regards to user acquisition;
• Ability to design creative graphic materials and present your vision to graphic designers;
• Analytical thinking skills and ability to draw logical conclusions based on numbers and charts;
• Creativity in creating and modifying texts in English based on keywords;
• Excellent knowledge of English (B2+);
• Willingness to expand your industry knowledge (reading blogs, panels, webinars, etc.);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent organizational skills;
• Self-reliance, communicativeness, timeliness.

• Knowledge of Google Play and App Store Connect consoles.

It would be great if you:

• Experience in SEO;
• Experience in digital art design;
• Ability to create promotional texts/slogans.
