Playtika is looking for an Organic Growth Manager, ASO & SEO specialist, to join our innovative and ever-growing team!
The Organic Growth Managers are an integral part of our Marketing Brand & Strategy Department.
This is a truly challenging position that requires great analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee SEO activity for Playtika’s web-playable games.
- Be the gatekeeper to our games by articulating the story of our apps through our app store pages on all platforms (Google Play, App Store, Amazon, Windows, Facebook, Web)
- Anlyze multiple sources of data on a daily basis, in order understand the Organic Traffic & gain insights
- Make sure our App Store Pages and Websites are fully optimized for Search Visibility and Conversion
- Maintain close coordination with other Marketing teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment throughout the Playtika’s marketing funnel
- Work with Marketing’s Creative team to plan and deliver creatives that tell the story of our games beautifully
- Formulate and execute experiment strategy for all products to determine the optimal design
- Research Playtika’s Marketing strategy to identify, strategize, and push for implementation of new opportunities based on findings
- Investigate Playtika’s competitive landscape and competitors’ strategy to suggest appropriate counter actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a leading institution (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- 2+ years of experience as an SEO specialist – A MUST
- Proven analytical competencies
- Storyteller and creative thinker, someone who can communicate ideas and guide designers and copywriters
- Great personal and presentation skills
- Research-Oriented – A curious individual who loves digging into qualitive and quantitive data, and loves deriving actions from it even more
- Strong background in Excel, statistical knowledge - a MUST
- Very advanced/Native English – A MUST
- 2+ years of experience as a Strategic Consultant, Advertising Planner, Market Researcher, Digital marketing, or similar fields – A advantage
