Come join us at our Seattle/Bellevue studio & remember to bring your snowboard, rain jacket and mountain bike so you can explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest.RESPONSIBILITIES:Modeling and texturing of game environment assets using Autodesk MayaCreation of realistic looking textures in Substance Designer/Painter, Photoshop and in our proprietary shaders and toolsLearn our production pipeline, methods, and how to implement models into the run-time engineModels must work within the performance and memory constraints of the game engine and hardwareWillingness and understanding to incorporate gameplay metrics and mechanicsAdhering to production schedules to meet down-stream production needsAbility to adapt and assume new responsibilities should the need arisePossible placement of assets into the run-time game environmentProviding feedback to outsourcingQUALIFICATIONS:Highly skilled in creating textures and modelsProficient in Maya and PhotoshopAbility to follow art direction critiques and produce results on deadlineA strong artistic sense of shape, proportion, and colorSolid skills in texturing and UV editingAbility to work well within a team is a mustSense of collaboration and self-discipline is also a mustGreat at receiving and providing feedbackDESIRED SKILLS AND PLUSES:Knowledge of real-time rendering techExperience and skills using ZBrush or other sculpting softwareConsole development experienceKnowledge of SubstanceOutsourcing integration and feedback experienceThis is a contract role. As well as open to remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location.
