AR Ecosystem Senior Program Manager

DigitalFish is looking for an experienced AR Ecosystem Senior Program Manager:Infrastructure, Processes and Tooling to help us create the future of Augmented Reality (AR). You will be working with the Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) Partnerships team, supporting a broad network of creators producing new AR effects, games, and entertainment experiences of emerging platforms.

Within FRL, you will be joining a diverse team of program, strategic-partner, and business-development managers focused on driving innovation and partnerships in AR. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Marketing to support strategic Augmented Reality efforts through managed programs such as Spark AR Partner Network. Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and processes in support of FRL Partnership Programs, Product activations and Engagement
• Evaluate, in detail, the current infrastructure, processes and tools for Program and Product activations
• Develop and implement solutions to support Spark Partner Network and Spark goals
• Make continuous improvements and adjustments to maintain efficient operations
• Work closely with XFNs such as Engineering and Operations on initiatives
• Support the onboarding process of Spark AR Partner Network members
• Provide direct product feedback to the Spark AR team to enhance and support the product and the AR ecosystem
• Actively moderate and manage support channels for the Spark AR Partner Network program
• Actively engage and support Spark AR Partner Network members (agencies and individual creators)

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years helping establish processes and infrastructure to support program and product activations or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated, long-standing passion around Augmented Reality, including familiarity with AR/VR ecosystems
• Strong project-management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and independently when needed
• Professional event- or organization-management experience
• Self starter, flexible thinker, with a passion for creating strong community
• Proficient in productivity suites including Microsoft Office and Google G Suite
• Team-oriented: you are motivated by helping others as much as motivated by excelling in your individual role
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proven communication skills, influence for impact, agility and cross-functional collaboration essential
• Experienced working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the AR ecosystem and Facebook’s positioning to these audiences
• Proficiency in Spark AR

Location

East Coast time zone, Atlanta is preferred. We fully support telecommuting during these times. As COVID-19 restrictions are eased, some travel will be required.
