APAC Program Manager, GBP

The opportunity

Unity’s Global Business Protection (GBP) team is looking for a full time Program Manager.

Our company is rapidly growing, and we’re on the lookout for a highly motivated, driven and proactive individual that is passionate about managing projects that involve the deployment, configuration, maintenance and improvement of workplace safety and security systems (including enterprise level access control, video management and intrusion detection). You challenge norms, think critically, and are adept at building proven relationships across all levels across the business. You take what you do seriously but bring a level of fun and creativity to all that you do. You have the ability to empower and encourage others to produce top results and maintain high standards on projects, and show a keen eye for detail and work well in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on the ESST team reporting into the Global Manager to drive the deployment, standardisation and expansion of our enterprise physical security applications, as well deal with other facets of the business including Workplace Experience, IT, AV, Procurement and Legal. You will also be a key player within the wider department and help to develop our processes, standards and VSOC (Virtual Security Operations Centre).

Periodic travel to regional offices both domestic and international required (up to 50% depending on project requirements).

What you’ll be doing

• Planning and execution of roll outs for ESST system deployments with the APAC region (and globally as the need arises), including system designs, pricing and on-site installations to ensure their compliance with company standards
• Administration of a live portfolio, coordinating with team members over the lifecycle of projects and programs contained.
• Close collaboration with our vendors, supply chain and business partners to ensure alignment over project objectives, scope delivery and third-party requirements
• Active management for regional aftercare – ensuring service and maintenance requests are promptly completed and supporting the build up this function
• Supervising and providing evaluation of our systems and their capabilities. Providing logical recommendations which can help to generate improved performance or mitigate risks

What we’re looking for

• Proven awareness of Electronic Security System architecture, hardware and applications
• Evidence of delivering successful physical security projects and/or applications
• Confidence with delegating and prioritizing responsibilities through projects involving multiple personnel, requirements and schedules
• Ability to self empower, and thrive within a team environment
• Want to learn, develop and empower teams within our company

You might also have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Industry experience, and/or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2 or Six Sigma, Lenel, C-CURE, Honeywell ProWatch)
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
