AP Specialist

We are hiring for an Accounts Payable position. This will be a 12 month contract role. We are looking for someone who has the following skills.

As a Dublin Rioter, you’ll join a team of internationally and culturally diverse professionals that share our prioritization of player experience, rejection of convention and passion for gaming. With teams in Player Support, Community, Publishing and Marketing, Riot Games Dublin is dedicated to building unique player experiences that show European players they aren’t lost in translation.

Your skills & qualifications will have to include:

• You will manage the whole process from Invoice entry all the way through to payment
• You will review invoices and payment requests
• You can ensure accuracy of invoice matching as well as invoice coding
• You will have experience recording daily transactions / invoices into accounting system (Oracle)
• You have previously set invoices up for payment
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date
• Run and reconcile Prepaid accounts
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Manage our fixed asset accounting
• Understand basic bookkeeping/accounting principals
• Understand how to maintain financial information confidentially and appropriately handle sensitive communications

Experience:

• 3 year + experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Experience with multi currency, multi entity payments.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Have a working knowledge of Fixed asset management

Desired Skills

• Fluency in German
• Experienced in Project Management

Computer knowledge:

• Strong Knowledge of MS Office products, expert level in Excel and Word
• Knowledge of G-Suite is helpful
• Oracle experience preferred
• Experienced in Project Management

Education:

• Accounting Technician / IATA Qualification
