AP Accountant

Job Description

• Assistance in cost invoices bookkeeping, under supervision of the Chief Accountant
• Taking care of proper flow of documents (mainly invoices) in accounting department,
• Entering payments into the banking system,
• Monitoring due date of payments to vendors
• Reconciliation credit cards spendings with costs invoices
• Managing the compliance check
• Smooth and on-time communication with internal stakeholders related to invoices and payment

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting-related position (preferably in an accounting office)
• Experience in operating accounting software (preferably ERP Optima) as an advantage
• At least middle advanced in Excel
• Good English skills
• Well-organized
• Commitment to work, proactivity, and readiness to cooperate within the team
