AP Accountant

Role Overview

The candidate, reporting to the AP supervisor, will be responsible for:

• Supplier invoice data entry, either domestic and non domestic suppliers
• Use of Intelligent Document Processing and Machine Learning technology (ML)
• Journal entries
• Aging review
• Reconciliations
• Supplier master data maintenance
• Month end process & accruals

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics
• At least 5/10 years of proven working experience in Accounting
• Knowledge of general ledger
• Knowledge of VAT rules and tax obligations relating to invoicing
• Good MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills
• Fluent in English (B2/C1)
• Knowledege of Netsuite
