The Challenge Ahead

We are looking for a Software Engineer III, who will contribute to defining, developing, and deploying world-class AI/ML models and solutions. You will collaborate with a global team, driving innovation in AI/ML applications, and be a solid "bridge-builder," strengthening relationships with developers and stakeholders around the world, relying on your tools and skills to enhance our products and services.

What a Software Engineer III AI/ML Expert does at EA

As an SE3 AI/ML Expert in the PQI Tech, your primary focus will be on designing and implementing advanced AI/ML models to support our initiatives. Most of your time will be focused on developing AI solutions that drive our product strategy and enhance user experience. This includes integrating AI models with other tools and systems.

You will also spend time researching the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies, ensuring our solutions are at the cutting edge of innovation. Additionally, you will focus on continually improving model performance and collaborating with other teams to share best practices and insights. Being proactive, motivated, energetic, and having the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business are keys to succeeding in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
• Proficient in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Tensorflow.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and other relevant languages.
• Proficient in AWS or other cloud services (strongly preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for quality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive in learning and implementing new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with mentoring skills.
