크래프톤 Deep Learning 본부에서는 Virtual Human 구현을 위해 필요한 기술을 연구하고 있습니다.
특히 현재는 Virtual Human 의 캐릭터 형성을 위한 Vision 분야 및 감각기관을 담당할 수 있는 Text, Speech Generation 분야의 연구에 주력하고 있습니다.
또한 이러한 딥러닝 기술을 효과적으로 아우를 수 있는 초거대모델 또는 경량화 모델도 연구하고 있습니다.
Deep Learning 본부 인원들은 본인 분야에만 묶여있지 않고 서로 다른 프로젝트 팀원들과 교류 및 협업하여 다양한 문제에 창의적인 아이디어를 제시 할 수 있습니다.
다양한 문화적 배경을 가진 인원들이 모여 팀을 이루고 있으며 활발한 소통을 위해 언어적 장벽을 해소해줄 수 있는 방법들을 적극 지원하고 있습니다.
크래프톤 Deep Learning 본부는 AI 기술 연구를 기반으로 사내 여러 분야와 협업하면서도 우리만의 서비스를 개발하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

What does our team do?

Krafton’s Deep Learning Division is researching technologies required to implement a virtual human.
In particular, we are currently focusing on researching the text and speech generation domain which will help build the vision and sensory organs to build a character of a virtual human.
We are also researching foundation or lightweight models where these deep learning technologies can be applied effectively.
Members in the Deep Learning Division are not tied to their tasks but are encouraged to actively communicate and collaborate with members from different projects to share creative ideas for various problems.
The teams have members of various cultural backgrounds, and we are providing all the necessary support to lower any language barrier for active communication.
Krafton’s Deep Learning Division, based on AI research, aims to develop our unique services while collaborating with different in-house teams of various domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop Korean and English conversation models that allow conversations on various topics
• Research the sensible and consistent chatbot
• Research the chatbot with good-memory
• Research the efficient training & inference methodology of Large Language Models
• Construct commercially available dialogue data and research effective processing methodologies

• (신입) NLP/기계학습/인공지능 분야 관련 학사 학위를 보유하시고 NLP 관련 프로젝트 경험이 있으신 분들
• (경력) NLP/기계학습/인공지능 분야 석사 학위 이상 보유 및 수료자 또는 이에 준하는 경험을 가진 분
• 최신 기계학습 논문을 빠르게 이해하고 구현할 수 있는 분
• Python 및 딥러닝 프레임워크에 익숙하신 분
• NLP 관련 기본 지식이 있는 분
• 영어 커뮤니케이션에 수월하신 분

Requirements

• (Novice) Those with Bachelor's degree in NLP/ML/AI-related majors who have experience in projects related to NLP
• (Experienced) Those with a master's degree or higher in NLP/machine learning/Artificial Intelligence or those with equivalent experience
• Those who quickly understand and implement the latest machine learning papers
• Those who are familiar with Python and deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch or Tensorflow
• Those with basic knowledge of NLP
• Those who can speak and communicate in English

• NLP/기계학습/인공지능 분야에서 3년 이상의 실무 경력
• NLP/기계학습/인공지능 분야 상위급 저널/학회 논문 게재 경력 (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP 등)
• 한국어 기계학습 처리 경험
• 국내/국제 인공지능 대회 수상 실적 (Kaggle 등)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in NLP/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence
• Experience in publishing papers in high-level journals/conferences in the field of NLP/machine learning/artificial intelligence (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, etc.)
• Experience in the project about processing or training the Korean language
• Domestic/International Artificial Intelligence Competition Awards (Kaggle, etc.)
