Within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia) Sales Department, your role will be to assist and support a Senior Key Account Manager for PC & New Platforms to distribute our PC games and other products.
The Junior Key Account Manager will work on a daily basis with external partners (PC gaming etailers and several Amazon teams) as well as Ubisoft Marketing, Sales and Tech teams :
Missions
1) Management of the business relationships with our network of PC etailers:
- Coordination for product launches and promotional plan
- Negotiation of visibility for Ubisoft products on digital stores and partners owned channels
- Management of the lifecycle of our back catalog with our partners
- Organization of business reviews to analyze and monitor partners performances
- Communication of the live activities of our games on a regular basis
- Evaluation of new business opportunities with our partners
2) Account Management with Amazon Digital services:
- Maintenance of our PC Digital catalog on all AMZ marketplaces in Europe and Asia
- Management of our promotion plan for PC Digital products
- Follow-up of our partnership with AMZ Prime Gaming (campaign setup, planning, etc.)
- Organization of CRM/SoMe campaigns with internal teams to promote our offers
- Follow-up of assets production for each campaign (metadata, text, images, banners)
- Participation in the setup of specific Twitch activations
3) Analysis and competitive intelligence
- Provide ad-hoc analysis (promotion reports, scoring card, etc.) on request
- Participate in the definition of local pricing strategies
- Monitor competition trends in the Gaming Digital market
4) Coordination with internal teams
- Alignment with our US counterparts for WW accounts
- Coordination with Key Master and Ubisoft Connect team on tech topics
- Regular communication with our Chinese and Russian subsidiaries
Qualifications
- You are fluent in English 😊
- With a strong business appetite, you already have some experience in Business development, Account management or Marketing (ideally in Tech or E-commerce)
- You have been able to develop skills in negotiation and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- You are passionate about new technologies and digital & you are able to understand this ecosystem and have strong technical abilities
- Finally, you know and love the world of video games, particularly games on PC. Twitch and other streaming platforms should have no secret for you.

Position available immediately - 6 months temporary contract.
This position is based in Saint-Mandé (Métro St Mandé - line 1 / RER Chateau De Vincennes - line A)
