6 Months Internship July 2022 - Web Content Assistant EMEA (F/M/NB)

Job Description

Within the Community Engagement department, you will be part of the Web Producing Team. You will assist the Web Production Manager in piloting the content of our official Ubisoft.com website as well as our branded sites. You will work in close collaboration with the Brand teams on the site's content.

In this context, your missions will be the following:

• Manage page creation projects,
• Feed the global catalog in collaboration with the Brand teams,
• Coordinate with the Brands teams, WebProducers and third-party teams (Corpo, Club, Store) the content of the homepage in order to ensure consistency of content between the different local versions of the site (structure and content),
• Ensure that no dead links (404 errors) are present on the entire site,
• Propose new content according to the life cycle of our brand websites,
• Guarantee an updated content on the homepage by highlighting the Live phases (Beta, Redeem, Free Weekends), News around our games, Shop highlighting and transverse content.

Brand sites

• Manage the creation and integration of marketing content with our CMS in collaboration with the WebProducers and WebDevelopers,
• Manage the localization and follow the evolution of territories (local news, local merges),
• Be responsible for the redirection tool and follow its evolution,
• Coordinate the needs in redirections.

Qualifications

• Being a student, you have a good command of HTML/CSS technologies,
• You have an analytical mind, you are autonomous and rigorous,
• You are completely fluent in English (written and oral),
• You have a genuine interest in the web and its various digital contents, you have an appetite for video games and have knowledge in this field,
