Job Description
The Shopper Marketing team, oscillating between sales and marketing, aims to ensure the visibility of our brands and our offers in our partners' stores, both physical (retail) and digital (Xbox Store, Psn store, Epic Games Store, Amazon, Ubisoft Store?).
You will report to a Shopper Marketing Manager and share his multi-brand game portfolio. You will support him in the development of sales offers and communication tools.
Your main missions will be the following:
Set up communication tools and sales offer:
- Participate in the discussion to define the Shopper marketing tools
- Write briefs briefs to creative agencies,
- Follow up with the agencies on the creation of physical communication tools and physical sales offers (pre-order bonuses, POS, Collector's Editions, goodies...),
- Follow up with the agencies on the creation of digital communication tools (mockups, trailers, digital webkit...),
- Ensure the follow-up of the development and manufacturing of the tools, in close collaboration with the manufacturing and marketing teams and with the studios,
- Ensure the development of e-merchandising projects (optimize the visibility of our offers on digital product pages such as Ubisoft Store, PSN, Microsoft Store...)
Coordinate and disseminate information with the subsidiaries and the various head office departments:
- Coordination of projects with marketing, sales, manufacturing teams,
- Localize promotional tools to adapt them to the needs of each subsidiary,
- Coordinate communications and ensure the distribution of the tools developed to the departments concerned,
Analyze the figures of the Shopper Marketing actions:
- Drawing up the quantified reporting of Shopper Marketing actions to analyze the effectiveness of the activations implemented,
- Ensure a competitive intelligence via a benchmark of the competition and propose innovative tools to optimize the visibility of our offers on our physical and digital product pages (Steam, Ubisoft Store, Micromania...),
Qualifications
- Being a student, you have already acquired a first experience in Marketing, Product Marketing or Project Management,
- As a true TeamPlayer, you know how to manage your priorities and work on several projects at the same time,
- You are rigorous, organized, and creative. You are also known for your excellent interpersonal skills,
- You are fluent in English (written and oral),
- You are familiar with the Office package, and Photoshop is a plus,
