The increasingly competitive video game industry has evolved into a service industry with the need to earn some of the entertainment time of every member of our community. Acquiring new customers is one of these challenges, the other being to keep them in the Ubisoft ecosystem. Communication with our communities must be multi-channel, personalized and relevant: sending the right message, to the right person, at the right time, via the right channel and the right medium.
The CRM teams manage and operate the communication channels (Emails, InGame News, Banners, First party channels...) in collaboration with various clients such as marketing, production, store teams and subsidiaries worldwide.
In this context, the Lifecycle CRM Specialist aims to improve the retention and monetization of our communities and help ensure the satisfaction of each member at every stage of their customer journey.
You will assist the Lifecycle CRM Specialist in defining, building, and deploying customer journey campaigns related to our products and services.
More specifically, your missions will be the following:
Participate in the construction of multi-channel Lifecycle strategies for a panel of Ubisoft games:
- Helping to define and continuously improve our community engagement strategy on various games with live dimensions,
- Independently create and coordinate a complete Lifecycle strategy for a specific unannounced game,
- Follow-up of all Pre-launch, Lifecycle and Post-launch phases of the game in collaboration with all our stakeholders,
- Regularly benchmark our competitors' engagement strategies.
Coordination of campaign deployment as part of the creation / optimization of customer journeys:
- Collaborate with marketing teams on games that the CRM Lifecycle Specialist will manage daily,
- Preparation of JIRA tickets and CRM campaign briefs and co-validation of creations,
- Coordination of campaign deployment with the marketing, production, and operational CRM teams,
- Ensure that deadlines are met and facilitate communication between the different teams.
Do a permanent test & learn approach, reporting on campaign performance and analyzing success criteria and potential improvements:
- Carrying out recurrent reporting of campaigns to optimize their impact,
- Generalize the use of A/B tests.
Qualifications
- Being a student, you have already acquired a first experience in a company,
- You are fluent in English (written and oral),
- You like to work in a team, know how to prioritize and work on several files at the same time. You have an appetite for missions related to quantitative data studies.
- You are autonomous, dynamic, diplomatic, and rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills.
- Mastery of the Pack Office is essential (especially Excel).
- An interest in the entertainment and video game industry is required.
