3d Character Artist

We’re looking for an experienced 3D Character Artist who can create a photorealistic character model based on the likenesses of an actual person. These characters should be able to be dropped into images of real people and seamlessly blend with the scene. The final product will be a high fidelity pre-rendered image.

Responsibilities

• Create a fully rigged 3D character with hair and an outfit based on an existing person’s likeness
• Work in feedback from an Art Director as needed

Requirements

• Experience creating photorealistic 3D character models
• Working knowledge of Blender (or an equivalent 3D program, though Blender is a huge plus), Marvelous Designer and Substance Painter
• Respond well to artistic feedback while getting the work done with minimal direction.
• Ability to iterate quickly and adhere to a production schedule

Bonus

• Knowledge of ZBrush in a blender-based pipeline
