3D Generalist

Wicked Realm Games is looking for a skilled 3D Generalist that loves making fun mobile games. We’re looking for someone deeply skilled with Unity development and is always eager to tackle the more technical side of game making. If you’re adept at lighting, light baking, VFX, Shader Graph and 3D modeling, we would love to hear from you.

Your Future at Tilting Point

Work with the Art Director and Art Leads to create a variety of in game 3d assets, effects, and lighting.
Create light setups for levels using Unity.
Rig stylized characters/creatures using Maya/Blender
Ensure Character Models are clean and that cuts are appropriately made for the movements required.
Undergo review stages of the character rig and animations and further polish process as requested.
Create and Implementing VFX into Unity pipeline.

Your XP & Skills

Extensive Knowledge on lighting environments and optimizing for mobile games made in Unity
Familiar with Unity’s Shader Graph and can build fun shaders that are efficient for mobile games
Experience creating various in-game VFX
Proven mastery of Autodesk Maya (Blender) with experience in 3D Modeling, UVs, and texture painting assets to be used in a game engine
Demonstrated ability to make both high and low poly models
Extensive knowledge of Substance Painter and/or Substance Designer
Portfolio demonstrating all of the above skills, as well as a general eye for quality
Ability to adapt to many art styles and turn 2D concepts into 3D art
Ability to work on a remote team
3 - 5 years of work experience

Bonus XP:

Scripting in Unity
Experience optimizing art assets for mobile
Experience with making art for procedural generation
2D art and design skills
Sculpting experience in Zbrush or equivalent software
