3D Animator

Job Description

What is the challenge?

• Bring our characters to life by delivering high quality 3D animations
• Monitor and validate artistic integration with programmers
• Participate in production’s scheduling and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

What do you need?

• A thorough knowledge of 3DS Max
• Degree in Animation or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of traditional animation and anatomy
• Ability to work within video game development technical limits
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with coworkers from other disciplines (Ex : game programmers during the mechanical implementation of animations)
• Positive attitude and ability to give and receive constructive feedback

Assets:

• Knowledge of rigging and skinning
• Knowledge of After Effects
• Experience in gaming industry
