Job Description
What will you do here?
As a 2D Concept Artist, you will work on developing the graphical identity of a videogame, bringing to life exciting new worlds. You will work closely with the Game Producer, 2D Lead Artist, or the Art Director. You must have the ability to imagine, visualize, and render both your own ideas and those of your coworkers with respect to the technical restrictions and meeting the quality standards. You will use your art skills, which include the effective use of color, form, light, and composition, for the visual design of our games.
- Creates illustrations, character concepts, environments, and backgrounds in collaboration with the Game Designer and Art Director;
- Conceive the game interface and menus;
- Make sure that all the graphic assets have a unitary graphic aspect, in accordance with the game’s determined style;
- Work with the team to improve the production process and perform benchmarking;
Qualifications
What are the qualifications I need for this position?
- Motivated and passionate about video games;
- Be able to conceptualize in a stylized manner, designing and producing a wide range of 2D graphics for our casual games;
- Independent and versatile (designing characters and environments);
- A degree from an Art College is necessary;
- Strong knowledge of color theory, with the possibility to create well-balanced color palettes, ease of transposing ideas into already decided colors;
- Outstanding drawing and composition skills;
- Proficient technical skills and expertise in Photoshop;
- Thorough and organized, able to work with ambitious goals and to see a project through to its end within given deadlines;
- Skills in 2D animation is a plus;
- Knowledge of classical fine art techniques is a plus;
- 3D modeling, sculpting, and texturing experience in both low and high poly, is a plus;

Next, you will take two remote tests, followed by a chat with hiring managers and HR. They will give you specific details about the job and you can ask them anything you are interested in knowing about working here.
The whole process usually takes 2-3 weeks, but of course, it depends on how fast you can come to us.
If the test fails, we will notify you within 1-2 days. You will certainly receive feedback from us about the process, but you can also track the status of your application through our application system.
