Wargaming invites an experienced 2D Art Lead with a strong project background to join its world-renowned project, World of Tanks!
The 2D Art Lead leads the 2D Art Team in creating graphic content for World of Tanks, and collaborates with other skilled specialists in various disciplines.
If you have what it takes to become a valued team member and enjoy the setting and the artistic style of World of Tanks, we’d be delighted to meet you. You can familiarize yourself with the work of your colleagues-to-be simply by playing the game.
What will you do?
- Drive the team, which is aimed at quality in time, according to project art direction
- Develop goals\targets for the team together with producers and team experts
- Hard\soft skills development together with team experts:
- Build Career Levels
- Build personal development plans for team members
- Provide onboarding and training for new team members
- Regularly provide constructive feedback on performance, behavior, and skills.
- Conduct performance reviews
- Collaborate with other art teams and product disciplines
- Salary management
What are we looking for?
- A specialist with at least 2 years’ experience as an Art Team Lead \ Team Manager (of a team with 10+ members)
- Leadership in the areas of communication, process constraints, and problem solving
- Knowledge and interest in fine art
