Job Summary
The 1st Party Submissions Co-ordinator is a role within the QA Management team whose primary responsibilities lie in support of delivery of Western-developed titles satisfying Square Enix AAA quality standards to First Party submissions groups at the required deadlines, the successful submission of these titles, and ongoing live management of the post-release content and patch deliveries.
Requirements
Key Deliverables:
Submissions
Work as a team to process end to end submission of all Western-developed titles (code) to First Party submission groups (SIE Format QA, Microsoft Certification, Google Stadia and Nintendo Lot Check).
Work to improve and streamline the submissions process.
Submit marketing assets to first parties - metadata, artwork, trailers etc. Ensure marketing teams are full conversant of timelines, process, guidelines and their responsibilities.
Work with development teams to configure consumables and other DLC in 1st Party stores as required.
Work with Digital team to submit pricing for digital content as required.
Documentation
Create and update submissions documentation used to educate studio teams (both Production and Brand) and other team members.
Vision
Work with the 1st Party Submissions Manager to implement improvements to the full range of QA group services, including (but not limited to) testing, mastering, tools, submissions.
Relationship management
Build up, and maintain, relations with key Studio stakeholders to ensure understanding of overall submission timelines, submission requirements; and updating Studio teams on new First Party submission requirements and initiatives.
Be the key point of contact with studios & first parties with regards to submissions & scheduling of items for release

Knowledge and Experience:
Essential
- First-hand 1st Party Submission Process
- Experience within the video games industry

- Previous QA project management
