本次育碧成都工作室春季校招游戏美术类岗位开放初级关卡美术师和初级特效美术师岗位。

初级关卡美术师
工作职责:
关卡美术师是游戏整体场景的最终实现与合成者。你需要根据关卡策划的规划及场景原画的设定负责3D美术资源的制作及整合工作,同时配合技术美术和程序制定游戏的优化方案,以架构出整个游戏环境。
岗位要求:
- 美术专业背景;
- 熟悉各类模型及贴图软件(3ds Max/Substance Painter/Substance Designer/ZBrush/Photoshop)并且能够独立完成场景建筑模型及道具,能够自主拆分和组合模块化建筑模型(有场景、道具设计能力者尤佳);
- 熟悉UE4或者Unity引擎操作;
- 扎实的美术功底及良好的美术鉴赏能力,通过色彩搭配、阴影、轮廓剪影、构图和美术资产布局来营造氛围,构建出最佳视觉效果的游戏场景;
- 热爱游戏,对AAA开放世界游戏有深入了解。
初级特效美术师
工作职责:
特效美术师负责实现游戏内特效,如烟雾、爆炸、天气、水、光照等。你需要具备优秀的艺术技巧,了解目标平台上的技术限制,并与技术美术以及程序合作以确保具有实现特效所需要的技术/功能,让游戏特效达到视觉基准。
岗位要求:
- 美术专业或面向游戏的视觉效果专业背景;
- 熟悉Photoshop,After Effects或等效工具;
- 具有3ds Max或Maya粒子/动力学系统的知识,以及特殊效果的创建;
- 对艺术基础知识有一定的理解:色彩理论、灯光、形状、构图等;
- 富有创意,能够适应各种艺术风格;
- 熟悉建模、纹理、照明和图像处理或其他相关知识;
- 热爱游戏,对AAA开放世界游戏有深入了解。
