求められる役割

ITオペレーションサポート担当者は、APAC ITチームと協力し、社内外の従業員や関係者に適切な時間内に完全なソリューションを提供します。このポジションは、Microsoft Windowsベースのシステム、ワークステーション環境をサポートし、問題の初期トラブルシューティング、調査、質問への回答、必要に応じて適切な社内チームへのエスカレーションを行います。

また、日本語および英語を母国語とするエンドユーザーとのコミュニケーションにおいて、ITチームの窓口となります。

業務内容

• IT関連（ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、システム等）の問い合わせ、問題、依頼に対して技術サポートの提供。調査、トラブルシューティング、関連チームへのエスカレーション
• メンテナンス / 障害時の業務側ステークホルダーおよびエンドユーザーとのコミュニケーション
• コンピュータと周辺機器のセットアップおよび設定
• アカウント管理（作成、編集、無効化、およびセキュリティレベルの設定）
• 最適なパフォーマンスレベルを維持するために、ハードウェアとソフトウェアの更新

• ITチーム全体の目標達成に関連する業務の遂行
• IT関連文書、プロセス、ポリシーの作成、編集、管理
• 報告された問題の傾向分析・特定、解決に向けての積極的な取り組み
• ハードウェアとソフトウェアの資産管理情報の維持と更新

Role Overview

The IT Operations Support role will work in collaboration with the APAC IT team and will provide time sensitive, complete solutions to internal and/or external employees and stakeholders. This position supports our Microsoft Windows based systems, workstation environment by performing initial troubleshooting of problems, researching, answering questions, and escalating to the appropriate team members as necessary.

You will be the point of contact for the IT team to communicate with Japanese and English speakers' users.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the issues submitted around the use of computer hardware and software, maintaining, and configuring hardware and software systems according to company requirements.
• Resolve issues requiring detailed knowledge of systems and applications.
• Coordinate and communicate with both Service Lines and relevant team for the maintenance / outages.
• Set up and configure computers and peripherals.
• Create, edit, and disable digital identity accounts, with respective security levels.

• Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance levels.
• Contribute to IT teams’ goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
• Create, edit, and maintain the IT documentation, processes, and policies.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues before escalating to the relevant team.
• Analyze and identify trends in issues reported and proactively work towards solutions.
• Maintains and updates the Hardware and Software inventory

Requirements

• IT関連の学位またはIT分野での6ヶ月以上の実務経験
• 優れた問題解決能力
• 優れた対人関係能力および協調性

• 英語での基本的な会話および文章によるコミュニケーション能力
• JIRA, SNOW等チケッティングシステムを用いた経験があれば尚可

Requirements

• IT-related degree or a least 6 months of work experience in an IT field
• High-level of problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Basic conversational and written English communication skills
• Work experience with the ticketing System is a plus
