Job Description:

As a Workplace Coordinator you’ll report to our Workplace Manager - Carolyn Sorgenfrei. In this role you’ll drive the build out of a global headquarters, employee engagement and experience events. You will directly tie into the experience of working at this company for hundreds of employees.

1. 3+ years experience working as a receptionist/front desk/office manager
2. 2+ years experience in employee engagement/experience
3. 2+ years experience in vendor managementProject Management Skills
4. All of the above with demonstrated experience in the below.
   1. Time Management
   2. Budget management
   3. Organization Skills
   4. Customer Service
   5. Employee experience execution

Starting Total Compensation: 65,000 (Base + Equity)
