As thatgamecompany prepares for the global release of "Sky: Children of the Light," we're seeking a talented UA Manager to drive user acquisition efforts and maximize the reach and impact of our game in key markets such as Europe and South Korea. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital marketing to attract and retain players in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across digital channels, including but not limited to paid advertising, ASO optimization, influencer partnerships, and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize marketing spend, maximize ROI, and achieve user acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the gaming industry and user acquisition landscape.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure that our UA strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies and ad networks, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure campaign success and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UA efforts with overall marketing and business objectives, sharing insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition roles within the gaming industry, with a focus on mobile games and international markets.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing UA campaigns across digital channels, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving measurable results and achieving ambitious user acquisition targets.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry and mobile ecosystem, with a passion for gaming and a strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
