RedHot was founded in 2010 by veterans from the US and Chinese video game outsourcing industries, which has enabled us to run as lean as possible, while still offering a robust array of services, all without sacrificing quality or security. We provide art services to some of the most exciting AAA projects in the industry today – including God of War Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, Call of Duty Vanguard, Age of Empires 4, Sniper Elite 5, and many others.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support and create tools and workflows for working with game engines and project pipelines.

• Stay on top of the latest and greatest tools and techniques for producing current/next gen game art.

• Provide hands-on support to Artists and Project Managers to maintain Artist efficiency, asset performance, and asset quality.

• Collaborate with Artists and Project Managers to diagnose and resolve challenging technical issues.

• Maintaining, improving, and documenting new or existing tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years working experience as a technical artist (or industry equivalent) programming/scripting tools.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a digital art content creation pipeline, ideally, but not necessarily in the video game industry.

• Experiences using in the following softwares, tools are preferred:

• English communication skills are preferred but not required.
