The opportunity

Our Partner Relations team is growing and looking for proactive, people-minded influencers to ensure the success of our most valued partners. Working directly with our partners, we contribute to the success of Unity productions worldwide by solving the problems that everyone else gave up on as impossible. Our customers create everything from small mobile projects and immersive multi-user VR experiences to Digital Twins in various sectors such as Architecture, Automotive, and Aerospace, just to name a few. Our clients will need your help to get their projects to maximum performance, stay super-stable, and ship on time. Rest assured, you'll never be bored at Unity! As our new Sr. Partner Relations Manager, you will be the glue that keeps the whole operation together. You'll help your customers to embrace their challenges and achieve their long-term strategic goals, helping them to surface issues and feed data directly to our product teams. You'll strive for constant improvement both with your customers and within Unity. You'll set the bar high, ensuring we are always on point and on time!

What you'll be doing

• Be responsible for the technical relationship with a selection of Unity's industry customers
• Raise urgent customer issues and independently push for solutions by enlisting resources both inside and outside of the technical support team
• Build and maintain real-time reporting of responsiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Use the data to help drive Unity's customer care culture
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively maintain excellent relations between the support teams and other departments within Unity

What we're looking for

• Previous employment in an industrial sector such as automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, architecture, construction, or other similar
• Fluent Japanese & strong English-speaker with outstanding social & communication skills, and a highly-proactive personality
• A life-long learner who is passionate about bringing innovative RT3D technology to a wide range of industries and use-cases
• Able to travel both domestically and internationally

You might also have

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager/Producer/Technical Account Manager in software production
• Programming experience in both compiled and interpreted languages
