Senior Game Systems Engineer, Mobile

We're looking to build a world-class team of game-makers: folks bursting with creativity, who balance candor with compassion, and always, always, always hold themselves and their peers accountable to what's best for players.

Mobile is the biggest gaming platform on earth and we want a mobile champion to join Believer's team as a Sr. Game Systems Engineer for our flagship game. Guide essential engineering efforts that are critical to building a fun, performant experience for Android and IOS players. You will report directly to the Director of Game Engineering.

What you'll do:

• Guide efforts on core game systems and features to build the mobile platform in Unreal Engine
• Be an engaged voice in identifying critical needs and creating solutions for mobile development, focusing on high-quality player experience, client-server communication, and performance
• Advance the boundaries of seamless open-world digital distribution
• Collaborate with platform, engine, and tool partners, advocating for our mobile needs

You are a great fit if:

• 5+ years experience working on C++ game development, with a focus on IOS and Android development
• Experience with mobile infrastructure and standards (i.e. - Objective-C, Dev Portal, SDKs)
• Experience with modern game engines, digital content creation tool, and their development pipelines (i.e. - Unity, Unreal)

What we offer:

Annual salary range: $157,000-$231,000
