About the role:

You will be involved in all aspects of background design and 3D character modeling in game development.

ゲーム開発における背景デザインや3Dキャラクターモデリングなど、あらゆる側面に携わっていただきます。

The specific duties are as follows.

• Character design (humans, creatures, weapons, etc.) or backgrounds that match game design
• ゲームデザインにマッチしたキャラクターデザイン（人間、クリーチャー、武器など）または背景
• 3D character or background model production (modeling, sculpting, skinning, setup, etc.)
• 3Dキャラクターまたは背景モデルの制作（モデリング、スカルプト、スキニング、セットアップなど）
• Technical support for 3D character or background production
• 3Dキャラクターや背景制作の技術サポート

Requirements

• Those with 5 or more years of character or background modeling experience in the game industry
• ゲーム業界で5年以上のキャラクター、背景モデリング経験者
• Those who have experience using multiple DCCs such as Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Houdini, etc.
• Maya、Zbrush、Substance Painter、Houdiniなど複数のDCCを使用した経験のある方。
• Those who have experience in character or background modeling using Unity or Unreal engine
• UnityまたはUnrealエンジンを使用したキャラクターや背景のモデリング経験者
• Those who have knowledge of shaders and scripts
• シェーダーやスクリプトの知識がある方
• Those who have knowledge of 3DCG high-end graphics
• 3DCGハイエンドグラフィックの知識をお持ちの方
• Speaks Japanese at N1 or N2 level
• N1またはN2レベルの日本語が話せる

Benefits

The salary range for senior character or background artists is as follows:

4.8-9.6 million yen per year (400,000-800,000 yen per month)

シニア・キャラクター・アーティストまたはバックグラウンド・アーティストの給与レンジは以下の通り：

年収480万円～960万円（月給40万円～80万円）

The starting salary will be determined based on the applicant's experience and evaluation during the interview.

初任給は、応募者の経験や面接時の評価に基づいて決定される。

There will be a trial period of 6 months after joining the company, but there will be no particular impact or change in salary during that period.

入社後6ヶ月間は試用期間となりますが、その間の給与への影響や変動は特にありません。

Salary increase/bonus

• There is a personnel evaluation once a year, and salaries are reviewed based on experience and contribution to projects.
• 年に1度人事評価があり、経験やプロジェクトへの貢献度に応じて給与が見直される。

• Salary increases are given around October-November of each year based on the budget and financial forecast for the following year.
• 昇給は毎年10月から11月頃、翌年の予算と財務予測に基づいて行われる。
• No bonus will be paid.
• ボーナスは支給されない。

Holidays/Vacations:

• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
• 土曜・日曜・祝日
• Summer/winter vacation: 5 days a year for both (paid, applicable after trial period ends)
• 夏季・冬季休暇： いずれも年5日（有給、試用期間終了後適用）
• Annual paid vacation: 10 days/year (first year, granted after trial period)
• 年次有給休暇 10日／年（初年度、試用期間終了後付与）
• Congratulatory and condolence leave
• 慶弔休暇

• Sick leave: 5 days a year (paid, applicable after trial period)
• 病気休暇：年5日（有給、試用期間終了後適用）
