Personal Assistant to the CEO

In this position, you will provide comprehensive support to Jussi in his role as CEO of Noice. You’ll be the point of contact for key stakeholders, maintain relationships and communications and support Jussi and the company’s Leadership team across strategic and day-to-day activities at Noice.

As a personal assistant to Jussi, you will also handle a variety of tasks that streamline his personal life and business engagements outside of Noice. This includes orchestrating calendars and travel arrangements and ensuring that Jussi’s day-to-day obligations and on-going projects run smoothly.

You get to work closely with Jussi and contribute to the success of Noice as well as Jussi’s other ventures. Plenty to be learned and plenty of space to grow. Your role as executive assistant at Noice

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing internal and external communications, maintaining key relationships, prioritizing and organizing responses across various channels, and managing the CEO's professional social media presence.
• Proactively manage the CEO’s business and personal calendars and key tasks, ensuring efficient use of time
• Support the Leadership Team by coordinating activities, participating in meetings, and organizing internal and external events, including investor meetings, staff events, speaking engagements, and product launches.

Your role as personal assistant to Jussi

• Manage personal assistant tasks including travel logistics, event organization, accommodations, and coordinating both business and personal appointments, bookings, and events for Jussi.
• Assist with managing personal and business projects
• Oversee household matters, including managing day-to-day finances, coordinating staff and projects, and organizing maintenance and other activities.
• Contribute to helping everyday life run smoothly for Jussi and his immediate family

What we’re are looking for

• Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, specializing in executive support.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proactive, independent, and able to excel in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in concierge tasks like high-end hotel, travel and bespoke event arrangements.
• Flexibility with work hours and location, including potential travel outside Finland or Europe.

We welcome candidates living within a couple of hours of travel from Helsinki, Finland. The work will be done mostly remotely, typically one day a week on-site at the company’s offices in Helsinki. The work may occasionally involve international travel.

The salary for this position depends on the qualifications of the candidate with the starting salary capping on the highest end at 5000 € / month.
