As thatgamecompany expands its global presence with the release of "Sky: Children of the Light," we're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in Europe and South Korea. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategies that will drive awareness and engagement for our game in key international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to target regions, including Europe and South Korea, to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and product development roadmap.
- Manage and optimize UA campaigns, influencer partnerships, PR initiatives, community activities, and merchandise support to maximize impact and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and agencies, fostering positive and productive relationships to support marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Actively contribute to the growth and success of the marketing team by sharing insights, best practices, and innovative ideas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management roles within the gaming industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and promoting games in international markets.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gamer culture, with a keen interest in exploring innovative marketing approaches and trends.
