Job Description:

As the Learning & Development Manager, you'll report to Nicole Singleton, our Head of People. In this role, you will have the opportunity rebuild and enhance the Learning and Development function. The initial focus will be the onboarding experience and development of manager training programs to improve performance management at Skillz.

  1. Served as a Learning and Development Manager for at least 3 years
  2. Technology or Start-up experience with a consistent track record of success as proven by business results and in-company promotions
  3. Experience in organizational culture shift/change management
  4. Track record of successfully implementing new initiatives and driving change
  5. Ability to create effective, engaging training content that allows for knowledge retention of company expectations by participant
  6. Ability to craft strategic and innovative training paths and processes with measurable outcomes
  7. Fluency in business outcomes, process creation, and results orientation
  8. Durable/Resilient - comfortable with directional change and competing priorities
  9. Not afraid of conflict - willing to say “no” to work that does not create sustainable and measurable outcomes for the business

Starting Total Compensation: $150,000 (Base + Bonus + Equity)
