Role & Missions—What you will do 🚀

As the Lead Artist, you'll play a pivotal role in setting our visual direction, driving creativity, and ensuring alignment with our product strategy. Your mission involves empowering a cohesive team of artists, enhancing our product's aesthetics, and contributing to its overall success.

Your missions will be the following:

• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and art trends to continuously elevate our visual and kinetic experiences.
• Team Cohesion and Development: Foster a collaborative environment among artists and cross-functional teams, enabling seamless collaboration and unity.
• Alignment with Product Strategy: Understand and align with our product vision, proposing innovative solutions to achieve it.
• Transform Limits into Opportunities: Embrace challenges as avenues for growth and learning, turning limitations into creative opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management and Decision-Making: Maintain close contact with studio and top management to ensure decisions benefit the product and the company.

Other Tasks Include:

• Playing mobile games to understand design, art, and technical aspects, while referencing a diverse range of mobile games and artistic styles.
• Creating processes that facilitate collaboration among Artists, Developers, Designers, and other teams, enhancing the overall workflow and documentation.
• Managing and nurturing artists' growth, providing constructive feedback, and recruiting suitable profiles as needed.
• Accountability for the visual quality, alignment with expectations, optimization, and adherence to timelines for our products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership in a creative game development team.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality works and a comprehensive understanding of gaming pipelines.

• Familiarity with creative software suites.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding and intuition of mobile gaming.
• Strong EQ, communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive team culture.
• Strong leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Flexibility to adapt to various interlocutors and situations.
• Fluent in English.
