Frontend Developer - Nitro (Central)

Description

We howl in search of a Front-end Developer to elevate the Nitro platform, striving to make it the premier product in the advertising industry.

As a Front-end Developer, you will collaborate with the Nitro team to design, implement, and maintain the Nitro platform, focusing on front-end aspects. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving bugs, implementing quality-of-life enhancements in conjunction with the CSM team, and performing other pivotal tasks.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain web applications built primarily in TypeScript.
• Liaison with back-end developers to design and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Assess and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
• Continually enhance the codebase to improve responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and effectively integrate them into your work.
• Charge into battle riding a giant wolf alongside your fellow Nitros.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Based in US Central Time Zone
• Extensive experience with core front-end technologies, including CSS, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Solid understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in giant wolf riding.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge and proficiency with Python and/or Go (Golang).
• Familiarity with MySQL and database management.
• Experience with Google Cloud services, including Cloud Build, BigQuery, Functions, and more.
• Prior experience in digital advertising or monetization platforms.
• You wear the same armor size as the last developer who rode into battle on a giant wolf with us.
